The Central Heated accommodation comprises: -

• Lounge with dining area, colour TV.
• Bedroom 1 Full sized double bed.
• Bedroom 2 Some properties have bunk beds, others have 2ft 6in single beds.
• Fitted Kitchen with electric cooker and refrigerator, wall and floor units.
• Bathroom and toilet combined. Bath with power shower.
• High chairs and cots are available on request.

Three Bedroom Accommodation - Sleeps 6

All as the above but with an extra twin bedded room (3ft Beds).

Complete Bedding packs are available for hire at a nominal charge - comprising of -

Clay Park House Annex

The Annex, which originally formed part of the farmhouse, is self contained, comfortably furnished and carpeted throughout.

The Accommodation comprises -

• Lounge with colour TV and coal effect electric fire.
• Fitted kitchen/dining area, electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave.
• Bedroom No 1, Large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing table.
• Bedroom No 2, Large twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes, and dressing table.
• Bathroom complete with toilet is on the ground floor, there is also a toilet with hand basin on the first floor.
• Full Central Heating
• Electricity Included
  No pets allowed.
